We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to maintain the satisfaction and success of our customers as they leverage the power of our flagship product, NodeZero.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the NodeZero product.
  • Act as a customer advocate, relaying feedback to internal teams.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and challenges.
  • Utilize customer usage data for risk and upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular customer success check-ins.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success or Technical Account Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices and principles.
  • Strong technical expertise in information technology and cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify user trends.
  • Experience with CRM and Customer Success software.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
