This role is responsible for crafting and executing growth strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maximizing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is skilled at building strong relationships, communication, analyzing market dynamics, and driving results through collaboration and strategic planning.

In Short

  • Serve as the main liaison between ASC Engineered Solutions and assigned distributors.
  • Develop understanding of each distributor's business model and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Design and implement customized growth strategies for distributors.
  • Collaborate with distributors to create joint business plans.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify improvements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet distributor needs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to provide strategic guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in account management or sales.
  • Ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting systems.
  • Willingness to travel as required, estimated at 70%.
