Overview

ASC is looking for a highly accountable, established Sales individual to fill our Outside Sales opening for a Field Specialist - Mechanical covering the Dallas Fort-Worth territory.

In Short

• Excel at demand generation through expertise and solutions selling.
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, engineers, and distributors.
• Demonstrate and promote ASC-ES product solutions.
• Partner with sales team to assure sales closure and achieve targets.
• Develop new contractor and project prospects pipeline.
• Train key decision makers on ASC-ES products.
• Champion new product rollouts.
• Leverage contractor relationships for demand generation.
• Utilize sales technology such as CRM and Power BI.
• Promote Virtual Design and Construction tools to customers.

Requirements

• High accountability and self-motivated.
• Positive, can-do attitude and competitive team player.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset.
• At least 5 years outside sales experience, preferably in the PVF industry.
• Ability to travel up to 30% with some overnights required.
