This position involves being a B2B Sales Manager focused on acquiring new location partners in German cities for a Smart City Scaleup that aims to reduce CO₂ emissions in last-mile delivery.

In Short

  • Identify and cold call new B2B customers in specific industries.
  • Conduct market analyses and observe trends for business opportunities.
  • Proactively reach out to new clients and schedule meetings.
  • Travel 3-4 days per month for sales meetings.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract completion.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team for support.
  • Coordinate the implementation of new locations.
  • Maintain and expand long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction for existing partners.
  • Prepare regular business reviews.

Requirements

  • Fluent German skills.
  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales with a cold calling focus.
  • Engaged hunter mentality.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (about 3-4 days per month).
  • Strong communication skills: empathy, persuasion, and perseverance.
