In Short

• Analyze online performance, paid media, CRM data & customer journeys.
• Develop reports, dashboards & forecasts for various stakeholders.
• Derive concrete recommendations for optimizing sales & marketing.
• Build and maintain a central data lake together with IT & E-Commerce.
• Integrate & harmonize data sources (Shop, CRM, ERP, POS, Marketing).
• Ensure data quality & consistent data structures.
• Visualize & automate KPIs (Looker Studio, Power BI).
• Support agile projects & advise internal departments on KPIs & reporting.
• Contribute to the introduction of new tools & data-driven processes.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• First experience in digital analytics, BI, or data strategy (including internships).
• Knowledge in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio & Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ideally experience with tag management tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
• Interest in paid media, CRM & customer journey.
• Structured, solution-oriented work style & high personal responsibility.
• Very good German skills & good English for optimal communication throughout the company.
