Overview

In a rapidly growing company with a clear focus on renewable energies, you will take on the responsibility for the entire financial accounting as a Team Lead Finance (m/f/d) Photovoltaics.

In Short

• Lead the financial accounting according to HGB.
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Act as a contact person for tax advisors, banks, and auditors.
• Consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and tax compliance.
• Further development of accounting processes and digital tools.
• Close collaboration with the commercial director and related areas.
• Optional involvement in controlling (cost centers, project controlling).

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in finance.
• Passed the balance sheet accountant exam.
• Approximately 10 years of professional experience in accounting with security in preparing financial statements according to HGB.
• Passion for team leadership.
• Experience with consolidation, intercompany processes, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Analytical thinking, precise working style, and a desire for improvement.
• Nice to have: experience with IFRS, project controlling, corporate structures, or from the renewable energy sector.
