  • Responsible for managing existing site partners and expanding the customer base across Germany.

  • Engage in sales conversations and travel for approximately 3-4 days a month within Germany.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial meetings to contract execution.
  • Collaborate closely with inside sales colleagues on contract drafting and acquisition activities.
  • Coordinate and monitor the implementation of new locations.
  • Maintain long-term strategic partnerships to sustainably expand the Smart Locker network.
  • Draft business reviews regularly.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to maintain the market leader position.

Requirements

  • Very good German language skills are required.
  • Residence in a major German city is a prerequisite for the position.
  • A completed commercial training, a degree, or a similar qualification is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in comparable positions in B2B sales and key account management are necessary.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 3-4 days a month within your assigned region.
  • Ability to persuade through empathy, conviction, and perseverance.
