Overview

The Key Account Sales Manager works to support the growth of all 21st Amendment brands in all Western US chain accounts. The position is responsible for achieving business objectives such as increasing sales, expanding distribution, and managing communication regarding pricing and promotions for assigned accounts.

In Short

  • Call on chain account buyers to build business.
  • Utilize data to develop and conduct presentations.
  • Increase distribution and sales in assigned accounts.
  • Develop Annual Business Plans with assigned accounts.
  • Communicate pricing and product information monthly.
  • Maintain account and distributor contact lists.
  • Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide performance recaps to buyers and distributors.
  • Input feedback on competitive programs.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree desired.
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
  • Experience managing beer distributors and buyers.
  • Knowledge of IRI data and VIP reporting systems.
  • Understanding of industry, products, and pricing strategies.
  • Knowledge of the three-tier distribution system.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of beer and brewing process.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other applications.
