In Short

• Oversee project finance activities and manage a team of analysts.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting.
• Develop and mentor team members in project finance.
• Coordinate with operations and sales to resolve invoicing issues.
• Monitor unbilled receivables and conduct audits.
• Implement process improvements in revenue and change order processes.
• Forecast revenue and analyze project profitability.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Business (Accounting or Finance preferred).
• 4 – 5 years of project finance experience.
• Experience with project analysis and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel for complex modeling.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience with GAAP accounting standards.
