As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure the adoption, engagement, and health of your book of business, working closely with client accounts to manage relationships and grow revenue.

In Short

  • Manage a large book of business with 250+ accounts.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and negotiate successful resolutions.
  • Deliver and communicate ROI for clients throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Identify growth opportunities and own renewal conversations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on behalf of the customer.
  • Solicit positive feedback and referrals from customers.
  • Attend conferences and trade shows as needed.
  • Utilize tools like Hubspot, Zoom, and G-suite effectively.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Help create processes and strategies for a world-class Customer Success Organization.

Requirements

  • Proven background in maintaining a healthy book of business.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment and adaptable to change.
  • Strong communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy and clear in customer-facing interactions.
  • A track record of building processes and strategies.
  • Experience working at a SaaS startup preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance/medical terminology is a plus.
  • Familiarity with EHR/PM systems in Optometry.
