Overview

Anagram is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help build a cyber training platform that enhances security awareness through engaging and personalized tools.

In Short

• Architect new frontend and backend features in our cyber training platform.
• Work on new LLM-powered features, from content creation to in-workflow "nudges".
• Define maintainable and readable standards in our codebase.
• Help manage our engineering kanban board.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Sales team to translate customer feedback into features/product requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in high-ownership or early-stage environments.
• Deep understanding of web frameworks and their appropriate use.
• Ability to quickly design, architect, and build new features.
• Desire to mentor junior talent and foster a high-performing engineering culture.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
