In Short

• Own the technical relationship with enterprise customers.
• Blend pre-sales engineering, implementation leadership, and ongoing support.
• Lead onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Design, document, and manage customer API integrations.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams for customized solutions.
• Deliver technical training and troubleshoot integration challenges.
• Serve as the long-term technical point-of-contact for clients.

Requirements

• 3–6 years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST APIs.
• Proficient in Postman and data mapping tools.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols.
• Comfortable reading/writing scripts or queries.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
