Integrations Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an Integrations Engineer at TransUnion, you will support technical onboarding projects and maintain operational technical relationships with clients, providing expert technical knowledge and troubleshooting for Global Fraud Solution Group’s services.

• Support technical onboarding for standard support clients.
• Own the operational technical relationship with dedicated clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Development or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Direct experience in product application integrations.
• Proficiency in REST/JSON, HTTP, JavaScript, Web Services, XML, HTML5, SQL, PHP, C#, and Java.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience in fraud management or identity and access management is a plus.
• Project management experience is desirable.
• Strong customer-service orientation and relationship-building skills.
