Overview

As a SaaS - Customer Success Consultant, you will be responsible for providing first line support for operational and technical questions, ensuring that global solutions meet their service level agreements (SLAs), and helping customers achieve their objectives through effective communication and project management.

In Short

  • Ensure solutions meet SLA standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports and manage issue resolution.
  • Provide expertise across fraud and identity platforms.
  • Inspire customer confidence through reliable communication.
  • Lead customer initiatives and manage project lifecycles.
  • Respond to customer tickets within service level agreements.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
  • Availability for some overnight travel and on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or computer science.
  • 3+ years of consultancy and project management experience.
  • Effective customer-service orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
  • Knowledge of JSON, Tableau, Looker, or Databricks is a plus.
