Rep III, HR Operations - Remote

Overview

TransUnion is seeking a Rep III for HR Operations to maintain a best-in-class customer experience and handle people-related data changes in Workday while ensuring data governance.

In Short

• Maintain customer experience and respond to inquiries.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and audit requests.
• Handle data changes in Workday.
• Identify and resolve employee data integrity issues.
• Act as a data steward for governance.
• Document HR policies and procedures.

• Maintain self-service documentation and policies.

• Remote position with occasional in-person attendance.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or related experience.
• 1-3 years in operations or customer support, preferably in HR.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Desire for continuous improvement and customer experience.
• Ability to learn systems quickly, Workday experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively.
