Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • 4-6 years in a customer-facing role leading projects.
  • Experience in life sciences and clinical drug development.
  • Experience in a startup or scaling environment.
  • Track record of account management and growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of project management processes.
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
