Overview

The Enterprise Accounts Business Leader is responsible for driving revenue in the Enterprise Accounts Clients, collaborating with our PACs and National Systems Integrators team, with an emphasis on providing Allegion networked access control product solutions.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with targeted end users.
  • Identify and pursue end user opportunities.
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences.
  • Drive growth with named Enterprise Integrator accounts.
  • Manage all sales and business development activities in CRM.
  • Execute and influence the Enterprise Accounts business strategy.
  • Develop relationships with key influencers and end users.
  • Understand business and market dynamics in the Enterprise Accounts space.
  • Coordinate new Enterprise Account strategies within Allegion’s existing teams.
  • Travel nationally as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the access control market.
  • 5+ years of selling to national and global end users.
  • Door hardware experience required.
  • Working knowledge of access control solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally in the range of 30-60%.
  • Strong organizational skills.
