Overview

The Regional Sales Manager for Aerzen USA Corp. is responsible for leading customer relationship management efforts and developing new customers for blower and compressor solutions in various industrial markets.

In Short

  • Lead customer relationship management and develop new customers.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers and promote aftermarket business.
  • Prepare quotations, bid submittals, and professional presentations.
  • Support customers with equipment selection and compliance assessments.
  • Utilize CRM systems for sales projections and reporting.
  • Assist in marketing plan development and trade show preparations.
  • Travel more than 50% of the time as needed.
  • Collaborate with project management and engineering teams.
  • Work with key customer accounts to understand decision-making processes.
  • Participate in team efforts to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales.
  • Direct experience with rotary screw compressors and blowers is a plus.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP and CRM software.
  • Strong motivational skills and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts accurately.
  • Action-oriented team leader with performance management skills.
  • Ability to telecommute with manager's approval.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
