Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will lead customer relationship management efforts and develop new customers for Aerzen blower and compressor solutions in the Northeast Region.

In Short

  • Lead sales efforts in the Northeast Region (PA, WV, VA, DE, MD).
  • Develop new customer relationships and manage existing accounts.
  • Prepare quotations and bid submittals for customers.
  • Deliver professional presentations and coordinate customer education.
  • Utilize CRM systems for sales projections and reporting.
  • Assist in marketing plan development and support trade shows.
  • Work closely with project managers and engineers on key projects.
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications and standards.
  • Travel autonomously to meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
  • 5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to calculate financial figures such as discounts and commissions.
  • Strong motivational skills and sense of urgency.
  • Energetic self-starter capable of remote work.
