Overview

As a Channel Account Manager (CAM) at AEM, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. You’ll manage relationships with AEM's channel partners, ensuring alignment with sales goals, fostering collaboration, and driving mutual success.

In Short

  • Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners
  • Coordinate with Business Development Managers to drive pipeline via the channel
  • Collaborate with Market Leaders and Sales Leadership to develop strategic plans
  • Identify joint business opportunities with partners
  • Enable partners with training and resources
  • Co-create go-to-market strategies with channel partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners
  • Monitor and report on partner performance
  • Drive partner engagement through industry events
  • Work in a high-growth SaaS and Hardware environment

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or account management
  • Proven track record of achieving channel revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
