Senior Accountant - Remote

Overview

AEM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join their Accounting team. This role focuses on financial statement analysis and account reconciliations, playing a crucial part in the monthly close process.

In Short

• Participate in month end close, including accrual and prepaid entries.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliation schedules.
• Conduct AOP to actual result comparison.
• Develop and maintain schedule for biweekly payroll entries.
• Participate in annual audit preparation.
• Administer company credit card program.
• Maintain lease details through third party software.
• Provide information regarding accounting related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Senior Accountant or equivalent role required.
• Proficient with MS Excel.
• 2+ Years Experience with NetSuite required.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
