Senior Accountant - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our growing remote finance team. This is a key role for an experienced professional with a strong foundation in US GAAP, hands-on experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to manage full-cycle accounting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and assist in monthly and year-end close processes.
• Maintain and reconcile financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. accounting standards.
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Prepare reports, assist with tax filings, compliance documentation, and audit support.
• Partner with the Finance Director to streamline accounting workflows and optimize financial operations.
• Manage QuickBooks for daily entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Provide support on ad-hoc financial projects and administrative tasks related to finance.
