In Short

• Lead the month-end close process for the region, ensuring accurate financial results.
• Oversee and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Manage regional financial documentation to support internal controls and audits.
• Support the growth of Australian operations by establishing scalable financial processes.
• Collaborate with FP&A and cross-functional teams on reporting needs and business planning.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (AASB/IFRS) and internal controls.
• Proven ability to lead efficient close cycles and improve financial processes.
• Experience scaling finance functions in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Skilled in analyzing and presenting financial data for decision-making.
• Background in working with consolidated financials.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience with accounting systems and as a system administrator.
