Overview

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of named customers in the DACH region, focusing on driving new business growth and customer retention across Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Document Cloud portfolios.

  • Drive new revenue and improve retention through expansion opportunities.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer goals.
  • Engage with key stakeholders including C-Suite.
  • Lead opportunity qualification and pipeline execution using MEDDICC.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to execute strategies.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Fluent in German and English required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within the DACH region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B software sales or strategic account management.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong hunter mentality for pipeline generation.
  • Familiarity with solution selling frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or similar SaaS products is a plus.
  • Ability to influence relationships at all levels.
  • Comfortable navigating matrixed environments.
  • Based in the DACH region is a prerequisite.
  • Ideally located in Munich or Berlin.
