Requirements

• Knowledge of Mar-tech solutions for customer acquisition and retention.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant fields.
• Awareness of industry best practices in customer experience management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
