Overview

Writer is a full-stack generative AI platform that empowers enterprises to transform their operations through advanced AI solutions.

In Short

• Serve as the first Partner Solutions Architect at Writer.
• Collaborate with Global System Integrators (GSIs) to build generative AI solutions.
• Act as a technical lead in bringing AI solutions to production.
• Enable partners to use Writer’s AI Studio for custom applications.
• Manage relationships with technical stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery on existing processes to identify business pain points.
• Develop a deep understanding of Writer solutions and the AI landscape.
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to ensure quality outputs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles, including 3+ years in solutions architecture.
• Experience with Fortune 500 customers in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proficient in Python and working with APIs, especially in Generative AI.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions with multiple stakeholders.
• Customer outcome-oriented with a focus on delivering meaningful results.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical hurdles.
• Experience working across various customer stakeholders and teams.
• Proven track record as a top-performing Solutions Architect.
