Overview

As an AI Program Delivery Manager at Writer, you will help enterprises adopt AI-first strategies, ensuring successful customer adoption and transforming their processes.

In Short

• Act as part of the account team to ensure successful customer adoption of Writer.
• Define and own a comprehensive delivery plan across all workstreams.
• Collaborate with customers on program planning and hold teams accountable.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B SaaS or AI delivery management experience.
• Significant experience in client management during implementation.
• Deep technical knowledge of LLMs and Graph RAG.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field.
• Experience with AI transformation in enterprises is a plus.
