Partner Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

The Partner Solution Architect (PSA) is a Datadog expert who will work closely with Datadog’s Director of Partner Solutions Architects, and is aligned to our Channels & Alliances business segment. The PSA is responsible for supporting a variety of technical initiatives and activities for our partners, ensuring successful outcomes and collaboration.

In Short

• Ensure successful onboarding and training of partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning and review sessions.
• Support partner technical initiatives and enablement workshops.
• Advocate for partners’ technical concerns with internal teams.
• Analyze partner service offerings and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams.
• Curate and evolve best practices for platform adoption.

Requirements

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT Development/Operations experience.
• 10+ years in a customer or partner facing technical role.
• Self-starter with strong business acumen.
• Confident presentation skills.
• Experience in observability tools like Datadog, Splunk, etc.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gitlab).
