Overview

As a Strategic Partner Program Manager, you will own and operate critical programs that enable Datadog’s U.S. public sector partner ecosystem to execute with speed, consistency, and compliance.

• Own and program-manage partner business operations for the U.S. public sector.
• Design and maintain operational workflows for partner-led sales and delivery.
• Coordinate across Channels, Sales, Legal, Security, Finance, Product, and Enablement.
• Lead cross-functional programs related to partner onboarding and compliance readiness.
• Standardize and streamline contracting processes with Legal and Finance.
• Adapt global partner programs to align with public sector procurement vehicles.
• Establish operating cadences, dashboards, and success metrics for program health.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program management and partner operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs.
• Strong operational judgment and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Ability to understand technical and compliance concepts.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and metrics-driven.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% for program planning.
