Overview

Drive the strategic direction and execution of the Field Sales channel, ensuring the achievement of ambitious targets in GMV, new originations, and new merchant sign-ups.

  • Implemented and standardized a performance management system for Field Sales Supervisors within the planned timeline.
  • Built both hunting and farming teams across the country, focusing on expanding field sales teams in second-tier cities.
  • Delivered a substantial number of new signed merchants and originations by 2025.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and key performance metrics.
  • Sales Target Achievement.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: Background in fintech or financial services, experience implementing large-scale training or performance improvement initiatives, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
