Overview

As a Senior Account Executive at acto, you will be a key player in acquiring customers for our AI-driven software solution, helping B2B sales teams in logistics, wholesale, and B2B consumer goods make better decisions through data.

In Short

  • Join a fast-growing, VC-funded tech startup.
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outbound activities.
  • Conduct product demos for target personas, showcasing the value of our solution.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to finalize contracts and technical details.
  • Provide market feedback to the Product Team based on customer interactions.
  • Continuously develop sales strategies and understand customer needs.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English required.
  • Hybrid working model with two days per week in the Munich office.
  • Unrestricted employment contract with 30 days of vacation.

Requirements

  • Minimum four years of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of the German B2B software market.
  • Ability to identify customer needs effectively.
  • Proactive initiative and hands-on mentality.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex topics to diverse audiences.
  • Fluent in German and good command of English.
