Overview

As a Senior Business Development Representative at acto, you will play a crucial role in customer acquisition for our AI-driven software solution, contributing significantly to the growth of our VC-funded tech startup.

In Short

  • Proactively identify potential leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Conduct initial contact with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Continuously optimize outbound strategies to professionally approach potential clients.
  • Challenge existing processes to improve acquisition, outreach, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to achieve ambitious sales goals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in cold calling and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills in German (C1) and comfortable in an English-speaking team.
  • Motivated to contribute to the growth of the organization.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Experience in the SaaS environment is a plus.
