Overview

The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry will execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, manage territory and customer accounts, and build strong relationships to maximize sales performance while adhering to AbbVie’s business conduct and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• Five years of relevant industry experience required.
• Strong scientific and competitive knowledge in the field.
• Proficient in business tools and strategic thinking.
• Ability to influence and build partnerships with stakeholders.
• Documented success in sales performance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screening.
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer style.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Fluency in English required.
