Overview

The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry at AbbVie is responsible for executing brand strategies, managing sales performance, and building strong customer relationships to maximize sales in the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• At least five years of relevant industry experience required.
• Strong presentation skills and business acumen.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
• In-depth knowledge of scientific and therapeutic areas preferred.
• English proficiency required.
• Must satisfy all HCIR credentialing requirements.
• Driving a personal or company vehicle is required.
