The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry will execute brand strategy and manage sales performance while building strong customer relationships within the psychiatric field.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• At least five years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong scientific and therapeutic knowledge.
• Proven sales performance in respective therapeutic areas.
• Ability to adapt selling strategies based on customer behavior.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience in a matrix environment.
• Ability to lead by example and influence others.
