Overview

The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry is responsible for executing brand strategies and managing sales performance within the assigned territory, focusing on building strong customer relationships and maximizing sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience required.
• Proven track record of leadership success and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
• Experience in sales within therapeutic areas preferred.
• Strong understanding of scientific and competitive knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Good standing for HCIR credentialing requirements.
