Overview

The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry is responsible for executing brand strategy and tactics in the field, managing sales performance, and building strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance while adhering to AbbVie’s business code of conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• At least five years of relevant industry experience.
• In-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
• Proven track record in sales performance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screening.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
