Overview

The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry will execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, manage sales performance, and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance while adhering to AbbVie’s business code of conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• Five years of relevant industry experience required.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
• Documented success in leadership and sales performance.
• Proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements.
