The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry will execute brand strategy and manage sales performance while building strong customer relationships within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with 3+ years in pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
• Influential and credible among peers and stakeholders.
• Experience in sales performance within therapeutic areas.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to pass HCIR credentialing requirements.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
• Valid driver's license required.
