Overview

The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry will execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, manage sales performance, and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance while adhering to AbbVie’s business conduct and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• At least five years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven leadership success and solid presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
• Preferred experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Knowledge of therapeutic areas and products.
