The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry will execute brand strategy and manage territory to maximize sales performance while maintaining strong customer relationships in the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience required.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer behavior.
• Proven track record of success in sales performance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet safe driving requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or health industry preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening tests.
