Specialty Representative, Psychiatry - Remote

Overview

This role is field-based, and candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city. The Specialty Representative will execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, manage assigned territory and targeted accounts, and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• At least five years of relevant industry experience required.
• Strong business acumen and proficiency in business tools.
• Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer behavior.
• Proven track record of success in sales performance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics.
• Expertise in therapeutic areas and product knowledge.
