As a Specialty Representative in Psychiatry, you will execute brand strategies and manage sales performance while building strong customer relationships to maximize sales effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, or business-related field preferred.
• Five years of relevant experience, with three in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Strong scientific and competitive knowledge.
• Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer behavior.
• Proven success in leadership and sales performance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Experience in physician/account-based selling preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
