The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry is responsible for executing brand strategy and managing sales performance in the Springfield, MO area. This role requires building strong customer relationships while adhering to AbbVie’s business conduct and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt selling approaches to different customer styles.
• Leadership experience within the sales environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet credentialing requirements.
• Proficiency in English for communication.
