The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry will be responsible for executing brand strategy and managing sales performance in their territory, focusing on building strong customer relationships and maximizing sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred.
• At least five years of relevant industry experience required.
• Strong scientific and therapeutic knowledge.
• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and build partnerships.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet credentialing requirements.
• Proficiency in English for non-English speaking countries.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Willingness to adapt to customer behaviors.
