The Specialty Representative for Psychiatry will be responsible for executing brand strategy and tactics to maximize sales performance within their assigned territory, focusing on building strong customer relationships and addressing patient needs.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven success in sales and solid presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer behavior.
• Experience in a matrix environment and collaborative settings.
• Must satisfy healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Preferred: Sales experience in therapeutic areas.
