Overview

The Specialty Representative for Migraine will execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, manage assigned territory, and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance while adhering to AbbVie’s business code of conduct.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
• At least five years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, and competitive landscape.
• Proven sales performance in pharmaceutical/health industry.
• Ability to adapt sales strategies based on customer behavior.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Proficiency in English (for non-English speaking countries).
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
• Documented success in leadership roles.
