Overview

As a Specialty Representative at AbbVie, you will execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, manage assigned territory and targeted accounts, and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred.
  • Five years of relevant industry experience required, with three years in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to identify customer styles and adapt selling approaches.
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency with business tools.
  • Documented success in leadership roles within the organization.
  • Preferred: Proven track record of success in sales performance.
