Overview

The Specialty Representative will execute brand strategy and tactics in the field, manage sales performance, and build strong customer relationships to maximize sales performance while adhering to AbbVie’s business code of conduct and applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • In-depth scientific and therapeutic knowledge.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
  • Effective in a matrix environment.
