Overview

The Specialty Representative for Gastroenterology will execute brand strategies and manage sales performance in the San Diego area, building strong customer relationships to maximize sales effectiveness while adhering to AbbVie’s business conduct and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business preferred.
  • Minimum five years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven sales success and strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt selling approach based on customer behavior.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet driving requirements.
  • Must maintain good standing for HCIR credentialing.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to influence others.
